At Audiophile.fm, we’re always looking for new ways to enhance your listening experience, and we’re excited to announce a beautiful new feature that brings your favorite music to life visually. Starting today, you’ll notice album artwork appearing alongside the songs you’re streaming, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your Hi-Res and CD-Quality internet radio experience.

Where You’ll See the Album Artwork

  • Main Bottom Player: When you’re streaming a station that provides metadata, you’ll see the album artwork displayed near the playing station and the song name in the player. This adds a touch of elegance and context to your listening experience, helping you connect with the music on a deeper level.
  • Mobile Full-Screen Player: On mobile devices, the artwork gets even more immersive. When you open the full-screen player modal, the album artwork is used as a stunning background, making the entire interface feel more vibrant and dynamic.

We'd like also to note that some stations do not provide metadata which is unfortunate when you want to identify a song, and in these cases, the album art is replaced by the station's logo.

Why This Matters

Music is about more than just sound—it’s an experience. With the addition of album artwork, you’ll be able to visually engage with the music you love, whether you’re discovering new tunes or revisiting old favorites. By displaying album covers, we’re bringing more depth to your interaction with the songs and stations you enjoy on Audiophile.fm.

What’s Next?

This is just the beginning of our visual improvements. We’ll continue adding new features and refining the platform based on your feedback. As we work to further enhance your Hi-Res and CD-Quality internet radio experience, we’re eager to hear what you think of the new artwork feature.
